For six weeks, beginning November 19, Envirolet will display its most advanced composting toilet system, noted by Bloomberg Businessweek as one of the “25 Products That Might Just Change the World.”

Envirolet’s FlushSmart toilet provides an eco-friendly solution for those looking to live a “greener” lifestyle and reduce their carbon footprint. The advanced composting system runs on a minimal amount of water (0.2L) or no water with certain models, and has an electronic flush switch able to move waste to a remote composting tank up to 70 feet away. Actor and Environmentalist to Speak at Solar Living Institute’s SolFest XIV
Ed Begley, Jr., to attend on behalf of Santerra Green

Oshawa, Ontario (September 22, 2010) – Ed Begley, Jr., co-star of the television series Living With Ed, will be a guest speaker on behalf of Santerra Green (www.SanterraGreen.com) at this year’s annual Solar Living Institute’s SolFest XIV in Ukiah, Calif., set to take place on Saturday September 25 and Sunday September 26.

Begley, who is known as an environmental leader in the Hollywood community, will be at the Santerra Green booth on Saturday afternoon and will speak on the main stage Sunday at 10:00 a.m., followed by an appearance in the Santerra Green booth beginning at 11:00 a.m. Begley will reach audiences through his moving talk, “Live Simply So That Others Can Simply Live.” Begley is constantly raising awareness about green products and technology, and he will also discuss the premium eco-friendly line of composting toilet systems by Santerra Green on Sunday.

As a leader of the green movement, Begley has a long history of initiating change and serving     in several major roles including chairman of the Environmental Media Association and the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy. He is also involved in other environmental groups such as Friends of the Earth and Tree People. Solfest is presented by the Solar Living Institute and will be held at the Redwood Empire Fairgrounds to celebrate Solar & Sustainable energy and technology.
